| USE A STRING OR THIN ROPE & RULER. Measure out 8
inches with a ruler, then drape this piece around your wrist. If it looks loose, go ahead
and cut off an inch (to make it 7 inches.) Tape the ends together around your wrist, then
shake your wrist to check to make sure not too loose! |

larger bones. For men, we recommend 8"
for average, 9" for "stronger"
